Jina langu ni Sturm. Labda mnanikumba kutoka mara ya mwisho. Mimi si mwalimu, lakini nimekuja hapa kwa kusudi la kusaidia [Elimu] Yetu. Sasa nimekuwa naishi hapa, na nimetenga muda kwa kuwafundisha kipaji changu hapa [Elimu] Yetu. Baada ya muda huo, nimeona Kijenge kuna vipaji vingi ambavyo hatuvifundishi hapa shuleni, na nimeona njia nyingi za maendeleo ya [Elimu] Yetu. Mimi nadhani tunapaswa kuzingatia misingi au kanuni hizi tatu:
Maktaba huru kwa wazazi na jamii, ila wajisomea kwa vitabu, kompyuta, na vifaa vya kujifunza.
Ushirikiano wa walimu na wazazi kwa malezi ya watoto wadogo.
Ushirikiano wa jamii kwa kufundisha stadi ya kazi kwa vijana na watu wazima ile wapate kazi nzuri kwa haraka.

My name is Sturm. You may remember me from before. I am not a teacher but I came to Tanzania to help [Elimu] Yetu. After having spent some time living here and spent time teaching my talents, I see that there are many talents in Kijenge that we don’t teach at [Elimu] Yetu and many ways our school can improve. I think the school should be oriented around 3 principles or pillars:
Providing a library for the parents and the students with computers, books, and resources for learning so they can teach themselves.
Teaching the younger students with the help and input of the teachers
Providing practical skills through volunteer teachers so teenagers and adults can quickly find good work
